Terms & Billing Policy
These terms govern subscriptions to FreeProcesses services. By subscribing, you agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund terms below.
Services
FreeProcesses provides continuously delivered bookkeeping, tax, and accounting-advisory services, performed on an ongoing monthly or annual basis. Deliverables are reviewed by a licensed CPA. Services are professional accounting and tax services and do not include legal advice or attorney work.
Billing & renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically—monthly plans each month, annual plans each year—until cancelled. Pricing does not include third-party software subscriptions (for example, QuickBooks Online).
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling a monthly plan takes effect at the end of the current month; cancelling an annual plan takes effect at the end of the current annual term. Service continues, and remains payable, through the end of that period.
Refunds & prorations
Because these are continuously provided services, all payments are non-refundable and no partial-period prorations are made. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, including cancellations made mid-period.
Founding Member pricing & bonuses
Founding Member pricing (50% off the standard rate for the life of the subscription) is limited to the first 20 clients and closes on July 31, 2026, whichever comes first. The rate lock applies only while the subscription remains active. Any tax-return preparation offered as an included or free benefit requires an active annual plan; included benefits are provided during the first year of an active subscription and have no cash value.
